    Andrew joined Crowe Horwath in 2000 and became a Principal of the firm’s Corporate Finance division in 2007. He brings more than 14 years’ experience in business advisory and corporate finance to his clients. Andrew is a technical contributor and member of Crowe Horwath’s Global Corporate Advisors Committee, a group of national leaders who work together to coordinate cross-border client offerings, share knowledge and international resources, and set global standards for corporate finance advisory services.

    Andrew advises private and public companies, banks and other financial institutions, legal firms and private equity groups. He specialises in transaction services and due diligence; divestments, listings and trade sales; mergers and acquisitions; valuations and Independent Expert Reports; privatisation and management buyouts; takeovers; capital markets and capital raising; and debt funding.

    Andrew has acted as lead advisor on a number of successful business sales and mergers including international transactions with businesses in Asia, New Zealand, the UK and the US.
